Did you ever leave?
Nice quotes and glad to see you back. :)
Ha! Hello, Deborah. No, I didn't leave literally, but I did take a break from the blog for a bit. Here I am again.
Hi, Vesper! Thanks on both accounts. Are you well?
I was being metaphoric, but of course you knew that. btw, I love the photo. And the very subject of your post figures into a new one of mine. Take a peek. ;-) http://deborahbatterman.com/
Figurative language ... my favorite. Here I go now to check it out!
Miss your blog posts! Anything for summer?
Hello, Ms. Mayo -- my little leave of absence from the blog is over. Thanks for missing it ... I'm just about to post a summery photo. I hope all is well with you and your writing!
loved the photo of the dragonfly in the post after this...which led me to the quote that started this post. it was exactly what i needed to read last night. things come to me out of sequence, but the photo and the quote will stay with me nonetheless.
Thanks, Sherry ... I'm so glad the quote found you at the right time. Sometimes someone else's perfect words are right at our fingertips, waiting to illuminate our lives. And the dragonfly was its own magic!
Simple, strong image and words. I like them. . . they conjure many personal images, memories, and thoughts. I am constantly inspired by your photographs coupled with precisely chosen words. Thank you.
Many thanks for your kind words, Michael.
